Generate Reports

Overview

DataMate provides a variety of reports to help educators and administrators review student performance, monitor assessment results, and analyze instructional data. Available reports may vary depending on your district's configuration and user permissions.

Who Can Generate Reports

  • Administrators

  • Teachers

  • Authorized Support Staff (based on assigned permissions)

Available Report Types

Depending on your role and district configuration, DataMate may include reports such as:

  • Assessment Reports

  • Analysis Reports

  • Student Performance Reports

  • Class and Grade-Level Reports

  • Standards-Based Reports

  • Completion and Participation Reports

Running a Report

  1. Log in to DataMate.

  2. Navigate to the Reports section.

  3. Select the report you want to run.

  4. Choose the appropriate filters, such as:

    • School

    • Teacher

    • Grade

    • Class

    • Assessment

    • Date range (if applicable)

  5. Click Generate or Run Report.

Note: The available filters will vary depending on the selected report.

Reviewing Report Results

Reports may include information such as:

  • Student performance

  • Assessment scores

  • Performance by standard

  • Class or grade-level summaries

  • Participation and completion data

  • Growth or trend information (where available)

Many reports can also be exported or printed for additional analysis or sharing.

  • Verify that assessments have been completed before generating reports.

  • Ensure written response questions have been scored if final results are needed.

  • Apply filters carefully to generate the most relevant results.

  • Review report parameters before exporting or printing.

Troubleshooting

If a report does not display the expected information:

  • Verify that the selected assessment contains student results.

  • Confirm that the correct school, teacher, class, or grade has been selected.

  • Check that all required scoring has been completed.

  • Refresh the report after recent assessment submissions or scoring updates.
